ROOMY collects the details you enter to handle your pre-booking, contact you about your chosen location and understand demand for storage. Your submission is processed by Formspree and forwarded to ROOMY by email. Formspree and our email provider may retain a copy to deliver and manage your enquiry. New enquiries are not saved in a ROOMY website database. Contact details are not displayed publicly.

We record your location, container size, timing and storage preferences alongside any campaign reference that brought you here. We do not ask for payment details, and this form does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. Please do not include sensitive information in the notes.

To change or withdraw an enquiry, submit this form again with your request reference and instructions in the notes, or reply when ROOMY contacts you. If you submitted an earlier request and received a private withdrawal code, you can still use it on the earlier website to delete that older record.

With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and successful pre-booking submissions. We do not send your name, email, phone number, notes or other form answers to Analytics. You can accept, decline or change this choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining does not affect pre-booking.

If you received a private withdrawal code on the earlier ROOMY preview website, use the earlier website to withdraw that request.
