Standard is a 20 ft container with approximately 14 m² inside, planned for the first opening. Large is a 40 ft container with approximately 28 m² inside, planned for a later expansion. Both have the same standard width and height; the Large unit is longer.

Yes, that is part of the planned offer, subject to Large-unit availability and agreement on the new rental terms. We will not move you automatically. Tell us about your expected growth when you register.

No. The 15 November 2026 target applies to the first ten Standard units. The ten Large units are a later, conditional expansion with no confirmed opening date yet. You can register interest in them now.

Yes. Send a free, non-binding pre-booking request and tell us your preferred location and timing. No payment is taken. We’ll contact you with the price and availability before you decide to rent.

Our target for the first opening is 15 November 2026, most likely in South / Southeast Timișoara around Giroc, Calea Urseni or Calea Buziașului. The exact address and date remain subject to confirmation. East, Northeast and Southwest locations are planned to follow, with dates to be announced.

No. It records your interest and lets us contact you about availability. We plan ten Standard units for the first opening, followed by ten Large units if expansion goes ahead. A rental is confirmed only after we agree the final details with you.

Our indicative total monthly bills are 649 RON for Standard (approximately 14 m²) and 1,199 RON for Large (approximately 28 m²). These are pre-launch price indications, not a binding quotation. We’ll confirm the final price and terms with you before you rent.

Yes. Pre-booking is free and non-binding. To change or withdraw your enquiry, submit the form again with your reference and instructions in the notes, or reply when ROOMY contacts you. Earlier requests with a private withdrawal code can still be deleted on the pre-booking page.

ROOMY is a self-storage service coming to Timișoara, for household belongings and business stock. The first units will be individual 20 ft shipping containers, painted in ROOMY’s forest green.

Standard provides approximately 14 m²: 5.90 m long × 2.35 m wide × 2.39 m high. Large provides approximately 28 m²: 12.03 m long × 2.35 m wide × 2.39 m high. The example cargo door opening for both is approximately 2.34 m wide × 2.29 m high. Actual measurements vary by manufacturer.

Household furniture, boxes, bicycles, seasonal equipment, tools and ordinary business stock are typical uses. Dangerous or illegal goods and items requiring refrigeration are not suitable. The full storage rules will be available before you book.

Yes. ROOMY Pro is intended for stock, tools, equipment and other permitted business items. It is storage space, rather than a place to work from or receive customers.

The site is being designed for cars and small vans to load close to each unit. Loading space is shared, so you may need to allow others to finish before positioning your vehicle.

We’re planning round-the-clock access. The access hours and instructions for the first location will be published before you book.

Controlled entry, perimeter fencing, cameras and lighting are part of the planned site. The planned ROOMY app will bring authorised site-gate access to your phone. We’ll confirm the app, gate and separate unit-lock arrangements before you commit to a rental.

Standard containers are not climate-controlled, and units will be supplied empty. Shelving, furniture and contents shown in the images are examples of how a space could be arranged. Please check suitability before storing moisture-sensitive belongings.
